United States County Seats with GPS Coordinates

Preface:  I searched all over the wide world Interwebs and could not find a simple list of county seats and their GPS coordinates.  This is a simple list that I would have expected some mapmaker to have posted somewhere but alas there was none.  I found all the pieces of the puzzle by finding lists of county seat names and a list of place coordinates.  I wrote a short PHP script to integrate the lists and produce a Comma Separated Value (csv) file that can be read with any text editor or spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel.  I make this file available to the public in hopes that it will help others.  Read the disclaimer included in the .zip file and ENJOY!
